It is helpful to have a Course available when you join the online meeting so that you can follow the sections that are chosen for reading (as well as joining in the readings if you wish).
The Course invites us to retrain our minds so that we can experience more peace in this world. The preface states that “the curriculum that the Course proposes is carefully conceived and is explained, step by step, at both the theoretical and practical levels”. Please join us and see if the Course is a fit for you.
