Other Ministries

Ask Ministry

These members maintain the Ask and Receive Board in Fellowship Hall where congregants may communicate needs and gifts of services and material items.

Business Office Assistance

Members provide support to the church office in the absence of the Business Manager and help with other office support as requested.

Congregational Care Committee

Members work  involves reaching out to members/congregants when 1) it has come to our attention that a person has become ill or disabled, and 2) person has been absent for a sustained period of time.

Decorating Ministry

This ministry team assumes responsibility for maintaining the weekly floral decorations in the church.

Events/Special Meals Team

Members plan luncheons before or after work-shops, special meals for special occasions.  Team members help with food preparation, serving, set up and clean up with solicited volunteers.

Events/Support Team

This ministry provides support for guest speakers and special events such as ticket sales, product sales, collection of love offerings, assisting guest speakers with handouts, etc. , and coordinating the volunteers for each event.

Lending Library

Members of this team help shelve, sort, inventory and manage the church circulating supply of used books. They also conduct the Annual Used Book Sale.

Potlucks & Picnics Team

Members plan the Easter Feast, Annual Picnic and Thanksgiving Feast. Team members serve as the set up and cleanup crews for these church celebrations  with solicited volunteers.

Sunday Café Treats Ministry

These members add to the fun and comradery after Sunday service by making sure there is backed goodies available on a love offering basis.
